GTM Engineer (Marketing & Sales Operations) – Remote in Mexico

MuukTest is an AI-powered QA automation platform helping software teams ship faster and with confidence. We make end-to-end testing simple and scalable so developers can focus on building, not debugging.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to help us connect, automate, and optimize our go-to-market systems. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, helping ensure that every lead, signal, and workflow is driving measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the builder and optimizer behind our GTM tech stack — owning HubSpot, automations, data enrichment, and the integrations that make everything work together.
  • HubSpot Expert: Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Pro and Sales Pro, ensuring smooth automation and accurate data flow.
  • Automation Architect: Design advanced lead generation and nurture workflows, including triggers, scoring, and branching logic.
  • Prospect Data Management: Build and enrich prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and other tools.
  • Systems Integration: Connect tools using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and native integrations to keep data synchronized.
  • Email Operations: Support email campaigns and maintain domain health for high deliverability.
  • Nice to Have: API Testing/Automation experience. Working/configuring CI/CD tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing ops, sales ops, or revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing Pro and Sales Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools.
  • Data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Strong background in automation and workflow design using Zapier and Make.
  • Proven ability to manage lead scoring models, intent data, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and domain reputation management.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, based in Mexico.
