This Privacy Policy has been compiled to provide users with information about how MuukLabs INC (“MuukLabs,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) handles their personal information when they visit MuukLabs’s website and other services operated by MuukLabs, and anywhere else this Privacy Policy is posted (“Site”). “Personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES 

We are a service provider to our clients and process personal information on our clients’ behalf. Outside of our role as a service provider, we do not transfer to outside parties your personal information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include our own service providers such as website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

HOW DO WE PROTECT VISITOR INFORMATION? 

The security of your information is very important to us and we will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve you in view of our legitimate business purposes as set out above. MuukLabs takes steps to ensure that such data remains private and confidential. HOW DOES OUR SITE HANDLE DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS? 

The “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) privacy preference is an option that may be made in some web browsers allowing you to opt-out of tracking by websites and online services. At this time, global standard DNT technology is not yet finalized and not all browsers support DNT. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

The Site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from visitors under the age of 16 and, in the event that we learn that a person under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such personal information.

SESSION REPLAY TECHNOLOGY

We may use technology to monitor how you interact with our Site. MuukLabs is a U.S. company, and the Site is hosted in the United States. In order to communicate with you and provide our services, the information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed by MuukLabs in the United States or one of our service providers based in the United States or outside of the United States. Such entities may be engaged in, among other things: (i) preparing and sending emails to which you subscribe; and (ii) the provision of support services.


If you are visiting our Site from a location outside of the U.S., your connection may be through and to servers located in the U.S. Any information you provide during your visit will be processed and maintained on our server and other internal systems located within the U.S. The U.S. may not have the same data protection laws as the country you are visiting from and may not afford many of the rights conferred upon data subjects in your country.   • Contract. When we enter a contract with you and/or an administrator for your account, we process personal information on the basis of our contract in order to prepare and enter into the contract, as well as to perform and manage our contract. This is necessary for us to provide the Site to you.

In a case where the personal information is required to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person, then this may be used as the lawful basis of the processing. For example, we may need to process personal information in the event of a pandemic.

YOUR RIGHTS

Opting Out Of Marketing Communications. At any time, you can add or remove your name and contact information from a MuukLabs list by contacting us at info@muuklabs.com. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. 

You may sign-up to receive emails or other communications from us. If you would like to discontinue receiving this information, you may update your email preferences by using the “Unsubscribe” link found in emails we send to you or by contacting us via the contact information below. If you unsubscribe, you may still receive transactional or relationship emails from us.

California “Shine the Light” Law. If a company shares personal information of California residents with third parties for their marketing purposes (e.g., to send offers and information that may be of interest to you), California law requires either providing a mechanism by which consumers can obtain more information about such sharing over the prior calendar year or providing a mechanism by which consumers can opt out of such sharing. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, so we do not offer an opt-out at this time. 

Nevada Disclosure. Nevada privacy laws requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain information that website operators collect about them. We do not sell your personal information as defined by Nevada law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Whenever we make a change, we will post the updated policy at this Site and we encourage you to check our policy periodically.
