  • Source Code and Repository Data, such as source code, repository data from connected developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps), and application URLs and optional credentials that you provide in connection with your use of the Amikoo platform for automated test creation, maintenance, and expansion.

Your decision to provide us with any Personal Information is voluntary. However, please note that if you do not provide certain Personal Information, we may not be able to accomplish some purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you may not be able to use or access certain the Services.

Information We Collect from You or Third Parties

We also may obtain Personal Information and other information about you from (1) our affiliates and subsidiaries; (2) third-party service providers; and (3) publicly-available sources and data suppliers from which we obtain data to validate or supplement the information we hold or to otherwise use in connection with operating the Services.

  • Identifiers: This includes name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
  • Account data: This category of Personal Information includes account login credentials, such as usernames and passwords, password hints and similar security information; and other account registration and profile information.
  • Demographic information: This may include your name and gender.
  • Location Information. We collect your general location via your IP address when you visit our Services.

  • Sensitive Personal Information: Sensitive personal data includes health information, genetic data, biometric data, precise geolocation (within 1,750 feet), Social Security number, driver's license, passport, account credentials (such as username and password), race, ethnicity, religion, union membership, sexual orientation, sex life, citizenship or immigration status, private communications, and child data (under 13) (“Sensitive Personal Information”). We may collect precise geolocation information from devices or applications when you use the Services. We may also collect your account login and password information, as well as your financial account, credit card number, or debit card number that allows access to your financial account.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register or use the Services in the following ways:

To provide and operate our Services: We use your information to provide the Services, including AI-powered test suite creation, maintenance, repair, and expansion; to communicate with you; to identify you; and to provide you with technical support and assistance.

  • To process transactions and to provide customer service: We use your information to process your transactions, manage your subscription, and provide customer service.
  • To communicate with you: We use your information to send you communications, including marketing and promotional communications consistent with applicable law.
  • To conduct research and development: We use your information for internal research, analytics, and product development, including use of analytics and AI-assisted tools for quality assurance, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • To personalize your experience: We use your information to deliver the type of content, services, and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • For security and fraud prevention: We use your information to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

JOB APPLICANT INFORMATION

When you apply for a job with us, we may collect information from you via forms in the Services, or through third parties, including:

  • Information you provide in connection with your application, including sensitive Personal Information.
  • Information about you that is publicly available.
  • Health information, such as disability information.
  • Information that you authorize us to collect, including former employers or references.
  • Any other information provided in connection with your application.

We only use your Personal Information to assess your skills in relation to the applicable job requirements. We may also use your Personal Information to contact you during the hiring process.

In certain circumstances, you may submit your application for employment through a third-party service that displays our job posting. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party services. Please review their privacy policies carefully prior to submitting your application materials.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSED FOR A BUSINESS PURPOSE

  • We may share, and in the preceding 12 months have shared your Identifiers, Commercial Information, Professional or employment-related information, Internet, technical, or other similar network activity, Audiovisual Content, and Device and other Electronic Information with the categories of third parties listed below:
  • Affiliates: We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates.
  • Service Providers and Infrastructure Providers: We may share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure providers that host and operate the Amikoo platform, customer service providers, and entities that assist with analytics, research, and analysis.
  • AI and LLM Providers: We share certain data, including source code and interaction data, with third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic) to power the AI-driven features of our Services.

  • Developer Tool Integrations: When you connect your GitHub account, Azure repositories, or use Model Context Protocol integrations, we share necessary account and repository data with those platforms to enable the functionality you have requested.
  • Business Transfer: We may share and transfer your Personal Information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of part of our assets.

  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: We may share identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information with advertising and analytics partners, including through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Other Parties with Your Consent: Where you’ve expressly consented for your Personal Information to be shared with other third parties, we will share it in accordance with such consent.

PUBLIC POSTING AREAS AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Please note that any information you include in a message you post to any public posting area, such as the comment sections of our social media pages, is available to anyone with internet access. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

The security of your information is very important to us, and we will only collect Personal Information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve you in view of our legitimate business purposes as set out above. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. MuukLabs takes steps to ensure that such data remains private and confidential. If we learn of a security system breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. DATA RETENTION

Even if you delete an account you have with us, keep in mind that the deletion by our third-party providers may not be immediate, and that the deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies, including web beacons and pixels (“Cookies”), to enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. VERIFICATION

We cannot respond to your request to know, access, question the result of profiling, limit the use of, correct, or delete your Personal Information or provide you with a copy of your Personal Information unless we can verify your identity and your authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. A verifiable consumer privacy request must:

  • provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person, or an authorized representative of the person, about whom we have collected Personal Information; and
  • describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

AUTHORIZED AGENT

You may, under certain circumstances, authorize another individual or a business, called an Authorized Agent, to make a verifiable consumer privacy request on your behalf. If you wish to have an Authorized Agent make a verifiable consumer privacy request on your behalf, they will need to provide us with sufficient written proof that you have designated them as your Authorized Agent, and we will still require you to provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information.

OUR RESPONSE TO PRIVACY RIGHTS REQUEST

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer privacy request with the time period prescribed by law. If we require more time, we will notify you in writing of the reason and extension period. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. If we cannot comply with part or all of your request, we will explain the reasons in our response.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer privacy request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

APPEALS

You also have the right to appeal a denial of your request by contacting us as described in our notice of denial.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

MuukLabs is a U.S. company, and the site is hosted in the United States. In order to communicate with you and provide our services, the information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed by MuukLabs in the United States or one of our service providers based in the United States or outside of the United States. Such entities may be engaged in, among other things: (i) preparing and sending emails to which you subscribe; and (ii) the provision of support services.
