Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 06/06/2026

This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) has been compiled to provide users information about how MuukLabs, Inc. (“MuukLabs,” “we,” “us” and “our”) handles their information when they visit MuukLabs’s website and other services where this Cookie Policy is posted (collectively, the “Services”). When users visit the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Services, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Services, and information about how you interact with the Services. If you have any further questions, please see our Privacy Policy here or contact us at info@muuklabs.com.

We may make changes to this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will tell you about important changes by posting a notice and changing the “Effective Date” above. Please check back for updates. Where required by law, we will obtain consent prior to any material changes taking effect.

What is a cookie?

“Cookies” are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work in a better, more efficient way. They can do this because websites can read and write these files, enabling them to recognize you and remember important information that will make your use of a website more convenient (e.g., by remembering your user preferences).

The Services and our email updates may contain electronic images called web beacons, sometimes known as one-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, or pixel tags. These allow us to count visitors who have viewed pages on the Services. In promotional emails or newsletters, they help us to count how many people have read the respective email. Web beacons also allow us to gather statistical information about the activities and features that most interest our users to help us provide more personalized content. We also use pixels to measure your use of the Services, tailor the Services to your interests, and improve the Services.

How long cookies stay on your device depends on how they are used. For example, some cookies only work while you're using the Services and get deleted when you're done (session cookies). Others may stay on your device unless you choose to delete them (persistent cookies). Cookies may be placed by us (first party cookies) or by other businesses (third-party cookies) when you visit the Services.

What Cookies, Web Beacons, and Pixels Do We Use?

Below we list the different types of cookies we may use on the Services.

  • Essential Cookies. These cookies are essential to the Services in order to enable you to move around it and to use its features. Without these necessary cookies, we would not be able to provide certain services or features and the Services would not perform as expected.
  • Performance Cookies. Performance cookies, which are sometimes called analytics cookies, collect information about your use of the Services and enable us to improve the way the Services works. For example, performance cookies show us which are the most frequently visited pages on the Services, allow us to see the overall patterns of usage on the Services, help us record any difficulties you have with the Services and show us whether our advertising is most effective.
  • Functionality Cookies. In some circumstances, we may use functionality cookies. Functionality cookies allow us to remember the choices you make on the Services and to provide enhanced and more personalized features, such as customizing a certain webpage, remembering if we have asked you to participate in a service, and for other services you request. All of these features help us improve your visit to the Services.
  • Flash Cookies. We may, in certain situations, use Adobe Flash Player to deliver special content, such as video clips or animation. To improve your user experience, Local Shared Objects (commonly known as Flash cookies) are employed to provide functions such as remembering your settings and preferences. Flash cookies are stored on your device, but they are managed through an interface different from the one provided by your web browser. This means it is not possible to manage Flash cookies at the browser level, in the same way you would manage cookies. Instead, you can access your Flash management tools from Adobe’s website directly. The Adobe website provides comprehensive information on how to delete or disable Flash cookies. See here for further information. Please be aware that if you disable or reject Flash cookies for the Services, you may not be able to access certain features, such as video content or services that require you to sign in.
  • Targeting / Advertising Cookies. We and our service providers may use targeting or advertising cookies to deliver ads that we believe are relevant to you and your interests. For example, we may use targeting or advertising cookies to limit the number of times you see the same ad on the Services and to help measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These cookies remember what you have looked at on the Services and we may share this information with third-party organizations, such as advertisers or advertising networks.
